摘 要：汽车运用技术专业实践教学体系存在培养目标不明确、实践教学方法单一传统的缺点，汽车专业教师实践教学技能缺乏等主要问题，通过研究现阶段教学存在的问题并提出更加符合企业需要的人才培养目标、改革创新实践教学方法、进一步加大校企合作开展实践教学的力度与强化专业实践教学师资建设的方式，从而实现汽车运用技术专业人才培养中实践教学的有效改革。

Discussion on the Reform of Practice Teaching of Automobile Application Technology Specialty

Abstract：The practical teaching system of automobile application technology has the shortcomings of unclear training objectives， single traditional teaching methods， and lack of practical teaching skills of automobile teachers. Through studying the current problems in teaching and proposing talents that are more in line with the needs of the enterprise， training goals， the article reforms and innovates practical teaching methods， further increases the intensity of school-enterprise cooperation in practical teaching， and strengthens the construction of professional practical teaching teachers， so as to realize the effective reform of practical teaching in the training of automotive technology professionals.

1 引言

現阶段，汽车制造业的大量发展以及新技术、新时代的发展，汽车服务业已发展成为一个独立的技术服务业，发展空间超大，潜力超大，服务要求也越来越高。对员工，特别是技术人员提出了很高的专业要求。高校是培养汽车检测维修技术专业人才的重要场所，对汽车运用技术专业人才的培养效果产生影响。高校要采取一定的措施进行教学改革，提高实践教学质量，有效促进人才培养，以满足市场需求。但是，实际上，许多学校仍然遵循该专业以前传统的教学模式—“黑板教学”。即使是实践教学，老师也会多讲理论，而学生听得多，自己动手操作较少。真正的综合实践教学模式仍有待研究。

2 汽车运用技术实践教学现状分析

2.1 专业培养目标不明确

专业培养的目标不能很好地对接企业的人才需求，学校实践教学的主要目的是为汽车运用市场培养具有理论+实践的应用技术型人才。但是从目前我国高校的专业设置来看，大部分高校的汽车运用技术专业都没有明确的实践教学目标，影响了专业实践教学活动围绕教学目标的发展，使高校汽车运用技术人才培养不能满足汽车市场的需求。……
