高职化工类创新课程开发及实践

摘 要:在日益激烈的知识经济时代,创新是国家进步的灵魂,社会要想获得长远发展,必须要不断创新,尤其要加强对创新人才的培养。高等职业院校的目标是为经济发展与技术进步,培养创新型人才,现从高职化工类创新课程开发的目的、课程开发设计思路、创新课程实践等方面进行探讨,以满足未来企业对化工专业人才的需求。本文以高职化工类课程为研究对象,探讨创新型课程的开发及实践。

Abstract: In the increasingly fierce era of knowledge economy, innovation is the soul of national progress. If the society wants to obtain long-term development, we must constantly innovate, especially to strengthen the cultivation of innovative talents. The goal of higher vocational colleges is to cultivate innovative talents for economic development and technological progress. This paper discusses the purpose of the development of chemical innovative courses in higher vocational colleges, the design ideas of curriculum development, and the practice of innovative courses, so as to meet the needs of enterprises for chemical professionals in the future. This paper discusses the development and practice of innovative courses based on the chemical engineering courses in higher vocational colleges.

在日益激烈的知識经济时代,创新是国家进步的灵魂,社会要想获得长远发展,必须要不断创新,尤其要加强对创新人才的培养[1]。培养创新人才是各个高等院校教育的重要目标,其中创新课程的开发是学科特殊能力与创造性思维能力的综合,对培养创新人才起到重要作用[2]。化工类职业教育具有实践性、产业性强,实验实训硬件与教育投入要求高等特点,为顺应社会发展,必须要加强化工创新人才培养。本文以高职化工类课程为研究对象,探讨创新型课程的开发及实践。
1 化工类创新课程开发的目的
1.1 化工企业发展的需要
化学和化工产业是国民经济的重要支柱产业,随着化工产业的快速发展,未来化工企业逐渐转向精细化,环保化,循环化(零排放),转型升级已成为化工行业发展的主旋律,而这需要大量的创新人才支撑。只有创新型化工人才才能短时间内胜任岗位,为企业创造财富。……
