空调结构设计与优化探究

摘 要:随着人们生活水平的提高和全球变暖的加剧,人们对空调的依赖性空前增强。然而,空调的能耗非常大,对环境的不利影响一直困扰着研究者。将用户空调器的结构优化设计一下,通过增加内部单元循环风量,优化蒸发器结构。进出管采用多进多出,制冷剂进出均匀,这样能使制冷制热能力和能效大大提高,满足国际国内节能、低碳、环保要求。本文通过对空调结构优化设计的必要性和解决这些问题的方法,提出空调结构优化设计的一些建议,解决一些当前全球资源紧张的问题。

Research on Air Conditioning Structure Design and Optimization

Abstract: With the improvement of people's living standards and the intensification of global warming, people's dependence on air conditioning has increased unprecedentedly. However, the energy consumption of air-conditioning is very large, and its adverse effects on the environment have always plagued researchers. Optimize the structure of the user's air conditioner and optimize the evaporator structure by increasing the circulating air volume of the internal unit. The inlet and outlet pipes adopt multiple inlets and multiple outlets, and the refrigerant flows in and out uniformly, which can greatly improve the cooling and heating capacity and energy efficiency, and meet the international and domestic energy-saving, low-carbon, and environmental protection requirements. This article puts forward some suggestions on the optimal design of air-conditioning structure through the necessity of the optimal design of air-conditioning structure and the methods to solve these problems, so as to solve some of the current global resource shortage problems.

空调一直是能源消耗和环保问题的主要监测对象,因为空调消耗的能源较多,对地球环境保护构成威胁,如氟利昂导致臭氧层加剧减少导致的地球温室效应。目前空调年用电量已超过各种家用小电器的用电量。由于集中使用时间长、季节性负荷大,加剧了能耗矛盾,导致电力系统负荷特性恶化,电网负荷率降低,电力设施浪费资源。因此,空调结构的优化设计迫在眉睫。
1 优化空调结构设计的原因
1.1 缓解能源危机
随着世界能源短缺问题的日益严重,人们越来越关注能源问题。中国的能源主要是煤炭,其他能源主要是石油和天然气。它们都是不可再生资源,使用的可再生资源较少。空调的耗电量非常大,然而,空调作为一种夏冷冬暖的功能性电器,是许多家庭必不可少的电器设备。……
