摘  要：随着无人机的广泛应用及相关问题的逐步发现，我军对无人机飞行员心理选拔胜任特征研究的投入力度也变的越来越大。该文通过对国外无人机驾驶员心理选拔与评估的分析和对国内无人机操纵员的访谈调查的研究，总结出了无人机飞行员的基本能力素质，心理选拔胜任特征的影响因素，希望能够对国内无人机事业的发展起到一定的促进作用。

Psychological Selection of Uav Pilots Competency Characteristics

Abstract： With the extensive application of UAVs and the gradual discovery of related problems， our army has invested more and more in the research of psychological competency characteristics of UAVs pilots. Through the analysis of the psychological selection and evaluation of foreign UAV pilots and the research of the interview and investigation of domestic UAV operators， the paper summarizes the basic abilities and qualities of UAV pilots and the influencing factors of psychological selection competence characteristics， hoping to play a certain role in promoting the development of domestic UAV industry.

无人机飞行员开展作业的地点并不在高空，而是在地面上，所以无人机飞行员不必受到高载荷、缺氧、低压等一系列高空飞行员所要承受的危险因素的干扰与影响。无人机强调了“无人”的重要性，从战场效果的角度来看，战争效果如何，与后方屏幕前掌握无人机运行的无人机飞行员，以及经过专业训练且训练有素的无人机保障团队具有直接性联系。在地面工作的无人机飞行员与空中作战的飞行员相比，存在本质性区别，所以必须要在充分结合实际作业特点以及飞行员个体化差异的基础上，来开展无人机飞行员的选拔工作与保障工作。在世界范围内，代表世界先进水平的无人机部队当属美军无人机部队，美国从1995年开始，就开展了选拔与培训无人机飞行员的相关研究，经过这么多年的研究与探索，在2015年提出了“生理—心理—物理”互相融合的训练无人机飞行员的保障模式。……
