摘  要：随着素质教育体制改革进程的有序推进，新时期中国大学体育课程教育改革正在有序推进，改革前后大学体育课程在目标、内容以及教学方法等方面都发生了很大的变化，只有全面结合新变化加強大学体育课程教学现代化机制建设，并不断创新方式方法，才能切实提高育人成效。该文围绕大学体育教学，分析了大学体育教育课程的内涵，探究了大学体育课程改革前后的变化，最后针对如何提升大学体育课程改革成效提出了具体的对策建议，以供参考。

A Survey of the Reform of College Physical Education Curriculum in China

Abstract： With the orderly progress of the reform of the liberal education system， the reform of college physical education is being carried out in an orderly way in the new period， before and after the reform， great changes have taken place in the objectives， contents and teaching methods of college physical education courses. Only by comprehensively combining the new changes and strengthening the construction of modern teaching mechanism of college physical education courses， and constantly innovating ways and means can we effectively improve the effectiveness of education. This paper analyzes the connotation of college physical education curriculum， probes into the changes before and after the reform of college physical education curriculum， and finally puts forward some concrete countermeasures and suggestions on how to improve the effect of college physical education curriculum reform for reference.

随着时代的发展和社会的进步，公众的生活质量不断提升，对体育方面的研究也越来越深入。在高校体育课程教育活动中，现代化体育教学改革进程也在有序推进，面对国家新形势下体育教学的新要求，如何构建更加现代化的、科学的体育教学人才培养机制，成为目前摆在高等院校面前的一项重要研究课题。加强大学体育课程改革的审视与开展对策探究，具有重要而深远的教育意义和社会价值。

1  大学体育课程的内涵分析

大学体育课程作为大学基础教育课程体系的重要组成部分，在全国普通高等学校教育阶段明确提出了具体的教学要求[1]。从本质上分析，大学体育课程应当全面结合大学生的身体素质和认知基础，通过加强相关体育理论的教育，并引导学生进行身体锻炼，积极参加相关的体育活动，从而更好地提升身体素质和体育素养的公共课程体系。……
