摘  要：该文通过查阅文献，运用Excel等软件对2014—2018年内蒙古农业大学和广州大学共4 917份在校本科生的体质测试数据进行分析，采用比较法等方法进行研究。根据结果提出以下建议：从提升学生锻炼意识入手，将大学体育课和课余锻炼结合;内蒙古农业大学应适当引导男生改善饮食习惯;在大学体育课中内蒙古农业大学可适当增加能够提高速度、上肢力量、腰腹力量的练习，广州大学可适当增加提高耐力、柔韧、爆发力的练习。

Comparative Study on Physical Fitness of Undergraduates in Comprehensive Universities of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and Guangdong Province

Abstract： This paper analyzes the physical fitness test data of 4 917 undergraduates in Inner Mongolia Agricultural University and Guangzhou University from 2014 to 2018 by consulting literature and using Excel and other software. based on the results， the following suggestions are put forward that starting from the improvement of students' exercise consciousness， the combination of college physical education and extracurricular exercise; Inner Mongolia Agricultural University should properly guide male students to improve their eating habits; in college physical education， Inner Mongolia Agricultural University can appropriately increase the exercises that can improve speed， upper limb strength， waist and abdomen strength; Guangzhou University can appropriately increase the exercise of improving endurance， flexibility and explosive force.

1  研究對象与方法

1.1 研究对象

该研究将2014年至2018年内蒙古农业大学（下简称“内蒙农大”）2 350份蒙古族和广州大学（下简称“广大”）2 567份汉族在校全日制本科生体质测试数据作为研究对象。

1.2 研究方法

（1）比较法。运用比较法对两所大学学生培养方案等内容，以及在校本科生的身体素质测试数据进行比较分析。

（2）数据分析法（略）。

2  结果与分析

2.1 两校关于体育的政策、培养目标及培养方案

2014年6月12日教育部印发的《高等学校体育工作基本标准》的通知指出：毕业时，学生测试成绩达不到50分者按结业处理（因病或残疾学生，凭医院证明向学校提出申请并经审核通过后可准予毕业）。内蒙农大从2014年开始实施这一标准（2014—2018年，每年有5名左右的学生因此按结业处理），相关校级社团活动由学校体育部组织，每年组织10项学生群体活动，基本保证月月有活动，尤其是具有蒙古族特色的射箭、搏克社团等深受学生喜爱，全校学生参与社团活动率达40%～45%。……
