摘  要：中国致力于对中高职教育进行改革，并期望能够改善中高职院校教学效果不佳问题。结合信息时代为中高职院校教学工作带来辅助作用，中高职院校需要注重学生自主学习能力培养，开展有效性教学，促使教学模式发生改变。该文先探讨中高职衔接学生的自主学习能力现状，然后分析该部分学生不具备较高自主学习能力原因，最后设计有效性教学模式，期望为中高职衔接学生营造更好的学习氛围。

Research on Effective Teaching Aimed at Improving Students' Independent Learning Ability in Secondary

and Higher Vocational Colleges

Abstract：China is committed to the reform of middle and higher vocational education and expects to change the poor teaching effect of middle and higher vocational colleges. Considering that the information age brings auxiliary effect to the teaching work of middle and higher vocational colleges， middle and higher vocational colleges need to pay attention to the cultivation of students' independent learning ability， carry out effective teaching and promote the change of teaching mode. This paper first discusses the current situation of the autonomous learning ability of the secondary and higher vocational students， then analyzes the reasons why these students do not have high autonomous learning ability and finally designs the effective teaching mode， hoping to create a better learning atmosphere for the secondary and higher vocational students.

科学技术的进步，促使教育方式开始趋于多样化，中高职教育模式和教育思想都随之改变。教师可以考虑在该背景下开展有效性教学，夯实中高职衔接学生的知识基础。事实上，因为中高职院校学生本身知识水平不足，其在进入学校以后，不具备自主学习能力，因此，在课程学习方面效果不理想。教师可以通过创设教学情景、开展小组合作学习、构建学习活动等多种方式开展教学工作，提升學生学习效率。

1  中高职衔接学生的自主学习能力现状

1.1 自我效能感低的情况

新教育环境下，中高职衔接学生对于自主学习方面并不具备自我效能感，其虽然接受信息技术所提供的辅助工具来进行学习，但其在学习过程中缺乏对学习目标以及学习任务的主观判断，更缺乏学习自信心[1]。长期处于该种状态下，学生在遭遇学习障碍以后，不具备应对学习障碍的正确态度，处于消极情绪中来进行学习，很难形成自主学习意识，甚至会逐渐产生焦虑情绪，对正常课程进行规避。……
