摘  要：该文主要针对铁路企业档案管理过程中，如何有效优化库存展开深入研究。先阐述了铁路企业档案管理存在的问题，如对档案工作重视程度不够、管理意识有待提高、档案库存量大质量不高、档案载体单一等，进而又提出了几点切实可行的措施，如引入创新的思维和理念、逐步推行电子档案、严格把住档案进馆质量、提高档案管理人员的自身素质。通过以上措施，以期使得铁路企业档案管理的水平获得提高，促使铁路企业更好地发展。

How to effectively optimize the inventory in the process of archives management of Railway Enterprises

Abstract： This paper mainly focuses on how to effectively optimize the inventory in the process of railway enterprise archives management. first expounds the problems existing in the railway enterprise archives management， such as the lack of attention to the archives work， the need to improve the management consciousness， the large inventory of archives， the low quality， the single carrier of archives， and so on， and then puts forward some practical measures， such as the introduction of innovation. Through the above measures， hoping the level of archives management of railway enterprises can be improved and railway enterprises can develop better.

在新時代的背景下，中央经济工作会议精神对铁路建设的总基调进行了明确，铁路企业迎来了高质量发展时期。而且铁路企业着眼于未来，其正在努力构建铁路骨架网，全面推进一大批建设项目。但是，随着建设项目的不断推进，将会产生大量的企业档案，具有很大的价值。基于此，铁路企业可将其作为契机，对档案库存进一步优化，尽量将库存库容资源进行整合，进而为企业提供高效的档案服务。为了能更好地优化库存，对资源更好地整合，将档案对企业的重要作用充分发挥出来，可从铁路企业档案管理入手，寻找到其中管理普遍存在的问题，进而采取有针对性的措施。

1  铁路企业档案管理存在的问题
