【摘要】 本文主要针对示范岗建设过程中的工作特点和薄弱点，引用和借鉴质量管理PDCA的理念和思路，作为实现示范岗建设精细化管理的指导思想，建立可重复的、具有借鉴意义的“党员示范岗争创”实施办法，提高示范岗建设工作的质量和科学化水平。

Application of PDCA to Realize the Fine Management of Demonstration Post Construction

Abstract： Aiming at the working characteristics and weak points in the process of construction of demonstration posts，this paper quotes and draws lessons from the ideas and ideas of quality management PDCA，as the guiding ideology of realizing fine management of construction of demonstration posts，establishes a repeatable and referential implementation method of "striving for innovation of Party member demonstration posts"，and improves the quality and scientific level of construction of demonstration posts.

1 PDCA方法

PDCA循环，即计划（plan）、执行（do）、检查（check）、行动（Action），是美国质量管理专家休哈特博士首先提出的，由戴明博士宣传，获得普及，因此又称戴明环，是全面质量管理的思想基础和方法理论依据。

PDCA循环的管理精髓在于：问题导向、目标导向、数据说话、合理工具应用、持续改进等。

PDCA循环，可以使我们的思想方法和工作步骤更加条理化、系统化、图像化和科学化。

2 现状分析和问题导向

2.1 现状分析

1）政治素质表现一流。该岗全体党员政治素质高、学习贯彻习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想和党的十九大精神，坚决落实党委的各项决策部署。

2）工作成果业绩一流。工作进度节点完成良好，团结创新意识良好。党员示范岗成员，有良好的大局观，积极改进工作流程，管理方式创新。

3）先锋示范效果一流。该岗全体成员热爱本职工作，责任心强，党员先锋模范作用明显，对身边党员、群众有指导、联系、激励作用。在争创过程中，促进了党组织的凝聚力、战斗力和向心力。

4）遵纪守法表现一流。该岗全体成员遵纪守法，较好遵守各项规章制度。
