摘  要：为进一步提高物流类专业《运筹学与最优化方法》课程的教学效果，基于案例库的建设、使用和评价开展课程教学改革研究，提出案例库建设的原则和内容，给出案例教学过程，通过对案例教学的问卷调查的结果进行分析，发现该课程的案例教学存在案例教学方式、案例讨论方法、案例选取使用等方面存在的问题，提出了一系列切实可行的改进措施，如精心准备案例材料、注重对学生的引导、注意与传统教学方法的结合等。

Abstract： In order to improve the teaching effectiveness of the operations research and optimization course for logistics related professional students， the course teaching reform is studied based on the construction， application and evaluation of case library. The construction principle and content of case library and the process of case teaching are proposed. By analyzing the results of questionnaire survey of case teaching， it is found that there are some problems in case teaching mode， case discussing method， case choice and application and so on. Finally， a series of feasible improvement measures are presented， i.e， the case material should be prepared carefully， the positive guidance on students should be focused， the combination of case teaching method and traditional teaching method should be concerned in the case teaching of the operations research and optimization course.

运筹学与最优化是一门以人机系统的组织、计划、管理与控制为研究对象，应用数学理论与计算机工具来研究系统内有限资源的合理配置，并提供决策方案的科学[1-2]。《运筹学与最优化方法》（以下简称《运筹学》）是管理科学、工业工程、物流管理、物流工程、交通運输、工程管理等本科和研究生专业的核心课程。

物流类专业《运筹学》课程的教学目标是让学生在掌握运筹学基本模型与算法的基础上，合理运用运筹学与最优化的理论和方法解决物流系统的优化决策问题，强化学生定量分析问题的能力，提高学生在实际工作中分析和解决物流系统优化问题的能力[1-3]。

然而，《运筹学》与物流类专业的其他专业课程有很大的区别，涉及许多的最优化理论知识和数学方法的应用，学生们普遍感觉有不小的难度，而且传统的数学公式推导、运筹学习题讲解等教学方法比较枯燥乏味，不利于启发引导学生对运筹学模型的理解与应用，影响教学效果[4-5]。……
