摘  要：教育部在《教育信息化2.0行动计划》（教技【2018】6号）文件中，提出加强数字教育资源在高校的建设和共享，提升数字教育资源供给能力。尽管当前物流产业有一定规模的发展，然而高校在物流专业人才培养理念、教学同质化及创新创业能力等方面仍存在欠缺。文章以区块链技术为出发点，结合数字物流的信息化特性，研究当前高校物流教育教学存在的瓶颈，并针对这一问题设计出基于“区块链+物流教育”的新型专业化人才培养模式，以期优化高校物流教学对社会人才培养的供求。

Abstract： The Ministry of Education proposed to strengthen the construction and sharing of digital education resources in colleges and universities in the“Education Informationization 2.0 Action Plan”（Education Technology [2018] No. 6）， and to enhance the supply capacity of digital education resources. Although the current logistics industry has a certain scale of development， colleges and universities still have shortcomings in logistics professional talent training concepts， teaching homogeneity， and innovation and entrepreneurship capabilities. The article takes the blockchain technology as the starting point and combines the informatization characteristics of digital logistics to study the current bottlenecks in logistics education and teaching in colleges and universities， and design a new professional talent training model based on“blockchain+logistics education”in response to this problem， in order to optimize the supply and demand of college logistics teaching for social talent training.

0  引  言

“互联网+”技术在教育领域的应用，对传统的“学堂式”教育模式形成巨大冲击。作为一种全新数字化技术，区块链在金融、互联网等第三产业得到了诸多实践应用[1]。有资料显示，坎布里亚大学是世界上首所开通虚拟币值偿付学费功能的公办大学。麻省理工学院在2013年推出数字货币计划，面向在校生开设加密数字教育课程[2]。2015年，索尼公司利用区块链技术原理，打造建设了“索尼全球教育”服务平台。相较于国外而言，当前，目前国内只有少数高校、科研院所对区块链技术在教育行业的应用开展了初期的探索。金义富[3]基于教育资源建设、投入与产出等原理，设计出“区块链+教育”运作系统;全立新等[4]根据对区块链技术原理的研究，设计出“双区块链”教育教学模式;“区块链+高等教育”可能成为未来教育转型的主要定位[5]。……
