摘  要：物流业是支撑国民经济和社会发展的基础性、战略性产业，大力发展现代物流，实现物流业高质量发展，不仅是物流业自身发展要求，也是经济高质量发展的重要推动力量，对于促进辽宁老工业基地全面振兴具有重要意义。根据《辽宁省人民政府关于大力发展现代物流业的实施意见》，指出要加强物流人才引进和培养，建立和完善多层次、多元化教育培养体系和在职人员培训体系。积极引导全省高校完善物流类专业设置，增设物流类空白专业。文章从专业设置匹配辽宁区域人才需求、依据辽宁区域需求创新人才培养模式、专业发展契合辽宁物流产业发展等六个方面进行研究，实践与探索高职物流管理专业服务辽宁区域。

Abstract： Logistics industry is the basic and strategic industry supporting the national economy and social development. Vigorously developing modern logistics and realizing high-quality development of logistics industry is not only the development requirements of logistics industry itself， but also an important driving force of high-quality economic development. It is of great significance to promote the comprehensive revitalization of Liaoning old industrial base. According to the implementation opinions of Liaoning provincial people's government on vigorously developing modern logistics industry， it is pointed out that it is necessary to strengthen the introduction and training of logistics talents， establish and improve the multi-level and diversified education and training system and in-service personnel training system. Actively guide the colleges and universities in the whole province to improve the setting of logistics specialty， and add the blank specialty of logistics. This paper studies from six aspects： the professional setting matches the talent demand of Liaoning region， innovates the talent training mode according to the regional demand of Liaoning province， and the professional development conforms to the development of logistics industry in Liaoning province.

创新办学体制，积极探索共建共享产学研用“四位一体”的职业人才培养模式，积极推动现代学徒制试点和校企合作办学，实现专业设置与产业需求、教学过程与生产过程双对接。推动物流业实训培训基地建设，建设一批岗前和岗位培训功能兼备的实训培训基地。鼓励和支持物流企业引进熟悉国际物流规则和精通现代物流管理的高层次人才。

1  专业设置匹配辽宁区域人才需求

物流管理专业在专业设置过程中，通过市场调研，依据专业人才的社会需求、专业岗位需求、岗位能力和素质要求、学生就业去向等，经学院开展专题研讨会、教研研讨会等形式确定物流专业人才需求目标，调研显示学院物流专业的毕业生在校学习的专业技能和知识基本能够基本满足企业的需求和岗位要求。……
