摘 要 近年来，不断深入的教师队伍建设改革对师范教育提出了更高的要求。在此背景下，本研究从专业知识、专业技能、专业态度三个指标对A大学文学院语文师范生的专业能力进行问卷调查，并对调查数据进行统计学分析。研究结果显示，当前影响A大学文学院语文师范生的专业能力提升的最薄弱的环节为专业态度，这与其专业知识与专业技能的发展存在显著正相关。

Research on the Evaluation of Chinese Normal Students' Professional Ability in Colleges and Universities

——Take A University as an example

Abstract In recent years， the deepening reform of teachers' team construction has put forward higher requirements for normal education. In this context， this study from the professional knowledge， professional skills， professional attitude of the three indicators of School of Chinese and Language and Literature of A University normal students' professional ability questionnaire survey， and statistical analysis of the survey data. The results show that the weakest link affecting the professional ability of Chinese normal students in School of Chinese and Language and Literature of A University is professional attitude， which is positively correlated with the development of professional knowledge and skills.

1 研究背景与目的

2018年中共中央、国务院颁布的《关于全面深化新时代教师队伍建设改革的意见》指出要“大力振兴教师教育，不断提升教师专业素质能力”。随后，教育部等5部门印发的《教师教育振兴行动计划（2018—2022年）》提出要“全面提高师范生的综合素养与能力水平”。在此背景下，构建高校语文师范生专业能力评价体系、调查研究高校语文师范生的专业能力，对促进高校语文师范生专业发展具有重要意义。

鉴于当前对师范生专业能力的内涵及其构成要素的研究不充分，本研究试以教师专业能力作为逻辑起点对其做出概念界定。对于“教师专业能力”这一概念，范诗武将其定义为“从事教书育人活动的人所必须具备的带有教师职业特点的能力”。[1]吴志华、柳海民认为其涵盖了领会和把握教育教学目标、自我反思和发展、教育教学研究、教育资源运用和开发、教学设计、监控及现代教学技术运用、教学测量与评价能力等要素。……
