摘  要：由于共同立足于立德树人的教育目标，新工科建设与课程思政已成为高校改革的重要方向。文章结合西安工业大学“金属材料工程”国家级特色专业新工科改造升级实践，论述了传统专业在新工科改造中的课程思政经验做法和建设途径，提出了党支部和教研室联合开展课程思政素材申报审批的工作机制。

Abstract： New engineering construction and course ideological and political education have become important directions of university reform due to the common goal of moral education. Combined with the practice of the national characteristic specialty of "metal material engineering" in Xi'an University of technology， this paper discusses the ideological and political experience and construction approaches of the traditional specialty in the new engineering transformation. The working mechanism of the joint application and approval of the ideological and political materials of the course by the party branch of Communist Party of China and the teaching & research section is also proposed.

2016年12月，习近平总书记在全国高校思想政治工作会议上指出：“要坚持把立德树人作为中心环节，把思想政治工作贯穿教育教学全过程，实现全程育人、全方位育人，努力开创我国高等教育事业发展新局面。”2020年5月28日，《高等学校课程思政建设指导纲要》提出：“课程思政建设要紧紧围绕全面提升人才培养能力这个核心点，在全国所有高校、所有学科专业全面推进。”与此同时，新工科是工程教育改革创新的最前沿和新方向，是高等教育立足当前的主动作为、面向未来的主动谋划。开展新工科建设是深入贯彻党的十九大精神，全面落实全国教育大会、新时代全国高校本科教育工作会议和“六卓越一拔尖”计划2.0启动大会有关要求的重要举措，是引领高等教育“质量革命”走向深入的必然选择[1-3]。

“新工科”建设与课程思政的开展共同立足于立德树人的教育目标，如何在新工科背景下，将课程思政的教学改革融入新工科建设实践中，体现教育价值理性的回归，在新时代社会主义建设中培养思想过硬、技术过关的高等人才，是一个值得研究的重要问题。……
