摘  要：针对目前研究生教育综合实践任务分组“各自为之”状况导致学员特长不能够充分发挥、组织管理低效的问题，文章借鉴指挥控制敏捷组织设计的理论基础，提出了一种基于指挥控制组织设计的综合实践任务分组方法，在研究生综合实践任务小组组织能力、组织能力测度以及组织设计三个方面形成一套理论体系，建立一套研究生综合实践任务小组优化理论体系，支撑研究生综合实践任务中的小组设计，以此充分发挥每个学员的特长，建立敏捷、高效的综合实践任务组织架构。

Abstract： At present， the students' special skills cannot be brought into full play and the organizational management is inefficient due to the unreasonable grouping in comprehensive practical tasks. In this paper， we propose an integrated practical task grouping method based on command and control organization design. In this paper， a set of theoretical system is formed in three aspects： organization ability， measurement of organization ability， and organization design of graduate students' comprehensive practice task group， in order to give full play to the advantages of each student and establish an agile and efficient organization structure of comprehensive practice task.

一、研究背景

随着互联网与人工智能的不断发展，兼备理论与实践经验的人才越来越受到重视。为了培养综合性人才，各高校课程中越来越重视学员的实践能力，高校教师在教学课程中通常都会设有综合实践任务，以此来提高学员学以致用的能力。综合实践任务为知识的综合运用，通常组织多名学员形成一个“综合实践任务小组”来完成综合实践任务。但是，综合实践任务小组如何组织，如何指挥调度没有一套成型的理论支撑，使得目前各个高校课程中综合实践任务小组存在“各自为之”的状况，导致不能够充分发挥每个学员的特长，也不能够高效敏捷地完成综合实践任务。具体问题表现如下：

（1）研究生综合实践任务小组的组织能力如何建模缺乏一套行之有效的理论支撑，使得难以刻画研究生综合实践任务组织能力。……
