摘  要：新时代高校党建工作与“立德树人”统一于办好中国特色社会主义大学的实践进程中，党建工作引领并融入“立德树人”的全过程，保障高校高质量的育人工作。基于高校院系党建工作与“立德树人”融合建设的现状，要以完善和落实院系党政联席会议和议事规则为抓手，完善班子建设工作机制;以推进党支部建设标准化工作为抓手，健全完善支部建设工作机制;以实施常态化师生党员先锋引领行动为抓手，健全完善队伍建设工作机制;以实施“思政理论课+全覆盖课程思政改革”为抓手，健全完善思想政治工作机制;以落实党风廉政建设责任制度为抓手，健全完善廉政建设机制;以教学、科研、教师队伍、学生培养四项重点工作为抓手，健全完善事业发展机制;构建完善顺畅的党建工作与“立德树人”深度融合的“党建+6”工作机制，切实把党建优势转化为发展优势，推动高校的高质量发展。

Abstract： In the process of running a socialist university with Chinese characteristics， the Party construction and "cultivating people with morality" in the new era are unified， which leads and integrates into the whole process of "cultivating people with morality"， and guarantees the high-quality education work in colleges and universities. Based on the current situation of the integration of the Party construction in colleges and universities and the construction of "cultivating people with morality"， developing starting points to establish a sound and smooth working mechanism is important. It is necessary to implement the rules of the Party committee and administration joint meeting， promote the construction of the Party branch standard chemical industry， implement ideological and political theory courses and construction of course education of starting points including six aspects.

習近平总书记关于高校党建工作的重要论述，鲜明指出党建工作与“立德树人”在高校犹如鸟之双翼、车之双轮，两者有效对接和深度融合，是高校立足新时代、贯彻新理念、构建新格局的生动实践。高校健全完善党建工作与“立德树人”之间的融合机制，促使两者有机衔接，更是主动提升育人质量、促进高质量发展的有力保障。
