摘  要：学习力是一种让人们全身心投入并能持续增长的能力，个人学习力是个人成长成才的关键能力，因此在教育教学中培养学生的学习力愈发重要。以培养学生学习力为抓手，从学生学习力的内涵及要素构成出发，探究过程性评价对学生学习力的重要影响;结合学习力各要素，引入积分博弈理论，提出一种基于积分博弈的过程性评价机制，设计适用教学的积分激励规则以及博弈策略，并总结该过程性评价机制实施的关键要素，达到以此为各类课程教学提供借鉴，提高学生学习力的目的。

Abstract： Learning ability is one kind of ability for people to devote themselves into a thing and keep growing. Personal learning ability is a key ability for personal growth and development. Therefore， it is more and more important to cultivate students' learning ability in education and teaching. Starting from the connotation and elements of students' learning ability， this paper explored the important influence of process evaluation on students' learning ability. Combined with the elements of learning ability， the introduction of integral of game theory， as well as a kind of game process based on the integral evaluation mechanism was put forward. The incentive rules of integral for teaching and game strategies were designed. The key elements of implementation process evaluation mechanism have been summarized to provide reference for all kinds of teaching and improving students' learning ability.

在“為了每一位学生发展”的新课程评价理念下，评价不只是关注学生的学习成绩，对于学生的学习技能、学习能力以及情感提升提出了更多的要求，以终结性评价为主的传统评价体系已经不适合新时代学生的发展。在这种理念下，重视学生学习过程、学习期间相关因素的过程性评价的重要性地位在不断提高，过程性评价与终结性评价结合的评价机制越来越受到人们的关注。

当下学习力逐渐成为现代社会人才应当具备的一种基础性的关键能力。学习力包含众多要素，如学习动力、学习毅力、学习能力、敏感力以及适应力等[1]，其中学习动力、学习毅力以及学习能力三要素是学习力的主要内容，而这三要素与过程性评价中关注的学生学习兴趣、学习技能以及学习态度等不谋而合。……
