摘  要：实践教学是培养学生实践能力和创新创业能力的重要环节。近年来，安徽农业大学园艺学院开展新形势下的实践教学体系改革与实践，结合园艺产业发展需求，修订人才培养方案，构建专业实践教学体系，充分利用校内外多层次平台培养学生创新创业能力，改善校内外实验实践教学条件，挖掘实践教学的思政资源，把“立德树人”贯穿于实践教学各个环节。近两年来，园艺专业学生积极参加各类实践活动和竞赛，累计获得省级以上奖项36项，其中国家级实践活动和赛事获奖27项;近四年来，园艺专业本科生就业率一直稳定在87.8%以上;连续四年荣获学校招生就业工作先进集体、校红旗团委等称号。2019年，园艺专业被评为安徽省一流本科专业;2020年，被评为国家一流本科专业。

Abstract： The practical teaching is a prominent aspect of cultivating students' practical abilities and innovative and entrepreneurial abilities. Recently， the Horticulture School of Anhui Agricultural University has been actively carrying out the reform and practice of the practical teaching system in the new situation， revising the personnel training program， constructing the professional practical teaching system by combining the development needs of modern horticulture industry， improving the experimental and practical teaching conditions inside and outside the university， excavating the ideological and political resources， and putting 'moral education' through all aspects of practical teaching. As a result， students majoring in horticulture have actively participated in various practical activities and competitions in the past two years. They have won 36 awards at or above province level in total， including 27 awards in national practical activities and competitions. Furthermore， the employment rate of horticulture undergraduates in the past 4 years has been stable at 87.8% or above. Horticulture School was gloriously awarded as the Advanced Collective for School Enrollment and Employment and the Red Flag League Committee of the School for four successive years since. In 2019， Horticulture Major was rated as the first-class undergraduate in Anhui Province， and in 2020， it was rated as the national first-class undergraduate.

安徽農业大学是以农林生命学科为优势和特色的省政府与农业农村部、国家林业和草原局合作共建高校，是安徽省“地方特色高水平”大学建设高校。园艺学是安徽省高校高峰学科重点建设的学科之一，园艺专业为国家级特色专业。安徽园艺产业所占比重逐年提高，新品种、新技术与新模式快速更新，产业链不断得到延伸，对园艺本科教育提出了新的要求，其中，实践教学成为园艺专业应用型人才培养的重点和难点[1]。实践教学是培养学生实践能力和创新创业能力的重要环节，也是提高学生专业职业素养和就业竞争力的重要途径，直接关系到教学质量和人才培养目标的实现[2]。……
