摘  要：在初中体育篮球当中一般都需要学生多少掌握一些相应的投篮得分动作技术，最常见的是行进间单手低手投篮。当前初中学生基本上都能够顺利完成行进间投篮脚下步伐节奏控制，虽然在篮球基础以及手臂动作等方面还是存在差异，但整体体能与球性都能达到合格线，因此完全可以开展该项动作训练。实际的训练方式比较多样，但传统教师演示学生模仿的模式已经无法调动起学习兴趣，因此这就需要对其训练策略进行创新。

Analysis on the training strategy of one hand low hand shooting in junior high school sports basketball

【Abstract】In junior high school sports basketball，students are generally required to master some of the corresponding shooting skills，the most common is one handed low handed shooting. At present，junior high school students are basically able to successfully complete the foot rhythm control of shooting in advance. Although there are still differences in basketball foundation and arm movements，the overall physical fitness and ball quality can reach the qualified line，so it is completely possible to carry out this movement training. The actual training methods are quite diverse，but the traditional model of teachers' demonstration of students' imitation has been unable to arouse their interest in learning，so it is necessary to innovate their training strategies.

篮球作为初中体育教学当中的关键项目，受到了很多初中生的喜爱，在体育课、课间活动上都能够看到学生打篮球的身影。一般篮球竞技中，往往把投篮得分作为竞技者的篮球水平，因此在初中篮球教学过程中，为了强化学生的篮球能力，就应当重视起来对篮球技巧的培训。在所有篮球技巧当中，行进间单手低手投篮的掌握情况不但会给课堂效率带来影响，还会影响到整体篮球水平，因此重点探究其相关的训练策略具有一定现实意义。

1.动作要领分析

实际在教学过程中，为了确保学生都能够顺利掌握相应的投篮技巧，教师需要先带领学生对具体的动作要领进行分析，在理论上先掌握具体的操作步骤和细节。

（1）步法

在步法方面应该遵循一大、二小和三高跳的原则。就拿右手投篮来说，一大就是右脚直接跨出第一大步的同时接球;二小则是左脚跨出一小步;三高跳则是用左脚用力蹬地并向上充分跳起。……
