摘  要：在开展幼儿教育工作时，对绘本的运用较为广泛，这是由于绘本具备的优点较多，如图文并茂、易于理解等，能最大程度上满足幼儿对学习的需求。然而在现阶段的幼儿园绘本阅读教学中，产生的問题较为明显，则会影响绘本阅读教学水平的提升，针对此种情况，就要求幼儿教师深入分析存在的问题，而后持续性优化绘本阅读教学方式，以期推动幼儿的全面发展。

Discussion on the Implementation Strategies of Picture Book Reading Teaching in Kindergartens

【Abstract】When carrying out early childhood education，picture books are widely used because they have many advantages，such as illustrated and easy to understand，which can meet children's learning needs to the greatest extent. However，in the current kindergarten picture book reading teaching，the problems are more obvious，which will affect the improvement of picture book reading teaching level. In view of this situation，preschool teachers are required to deeply analyze the existing problems，and then continuously optimize the picture book reading teaching method，in order to promote the all-round development of children.

幼儿时期为推动幼儿智力发展的重要时期，对于幼儿教师来说，应注重于在此时期推动幼儿在艺术、语言以及科学等诸多方面的协调性进步，而若能够积极开展绘本阅读教学工作，则非常利于提升幼儿的语言表达水平，以及升华幼儿的情绪情感等，并且在阅读绘本时，也能够促使幼儿获得良好的熏陶，并取得诸多方面的进步。基于此，本文就对于幼儿园绘本阅读教学实施策略进行了一定的探讨与分析。

1.实施多元化教学模式

现阶段，在开展幼儿园绘本阅读教学工作时，许多幼儿教师所应用的教学模式往往为全篇通读，而这种模式则难以提起幼儿在阅读课堂之中的注意力，并且教师在讲述绘本时，幼儿对于枯燥的绘本情节和内容通常不能够认真地倾听和接受，因而会致使幼儿的阅读水平难以获得显著进步，还有个别教师会偶尔运用多媒体技术对于幼儿实施一定的指导，但就最终的效果来看，未能切实凸显出多媒体技术所具备的作用，也未能做到合理利用多媒体技术，这则势必不能够保障幼儿园绘本阅读教学工作的开展成效。……
