【摘  要】在我国经济社会转型升级发展过程中，社会改革逐渐深入。现阶段，对网络经济时代反垄断问题的相关研究得到越来越多的重视。要想实现高效的网络管理对于反垄断发展的积极促进作用，就需要重视应用严谨的技术机制。论文对网络经济时代反垄断问题进行了简要分析，以促进反垄断水平，不断提升社会整体发展水平。

【Abstract】In the process of China's economic and social transformation and upgrading， social reform is gradually deepening. At present， more and more attention has been paid to the anti-monopoly research in the era of network economy. In order to realize the positive effect of efficient network management on the development of anti-monopoly， it is necessary to attach importance to the application of rigorous technical mechanism. In order to promote the level of anti-monopoly and improve the overall level of social development， this paper briefly analyzes the anti-monopoly problems in the era of network economy.

1 引言

在新的时代发展条件下，要想有效提升反垄断水平，维持产业运行效率，就需要通过多种方式提升资源配置效率，使市场有序运行。现阶段我国政府职能不断转变，在新的发展条件下，网络经济对市场经济发展带来了不同方面的影响。因此，对网络经济时代反垄断问题的思考进行研究分析具有重要的现实意义。

2 现阶段我国信息产业与反垄断分析

我国信息产业与反垄断分析具有一定的系统性和复杂性，具体而言，我们可以从以下方面展开分析和探索。

2.1 信息产业发展

网络经济的本质是信息经济，在当前阶段社会运行和发展过程中，电子技术、通信技术等先进科学技术在各个领域得到了越来越广泛的应用。在网络经济社会运行发展过程中，网络经济自身并非是一种独立的经济形态，而是与其他行业进行交互联系，从而形成更加具有规模化的新经济业态。在当前阶段，传统产业生产经营活动受网络经济影响十分显著，因此，需要在网络经济时代有效做好反垄断，提升市场运行有效性。……
