【摘  要】国有企业固定资产投资管理，對于国有企业可持续发展有非常重要的作用，一定程度上关系到国民经济的健康长远发展。论文针对国有企业固定资产投资管理进行了分析研究，阐述国有企业固定资产投资管理存在的主要问题，并提出相应解决措施。

【Abstract】The fixed assets investment management of state-owned enterprises plays a very important role in the sustainable development of state-owned enterprises and relates to the healthy and long-term development of the national economy to a certain extent. This paper analyzes and studies the fixed assets investment management of state-owned enterprises， expounds the main problems existing in the fixed assets investment management of state-owned enterprises， and puts forward corresponding solutions.

1 引言

国有企业固定资产投资是企业固定资产管理的重要环节，其对国有企业固定资产利用以及企业收益有非常重要的作用。而在当前国有企业固定资产投资过程中，还存在有投资管理制度不完善、投资风险管控不足等问题，影响到固定资产投资管理效果。所以，在当前国有企业固定资产投资过程中，应该注重对国有企业固定资产投资进行有效的管理，同时完成合理的风险管控，确保国有企业固定资产投资效益显著提升，促进国有企业高质量发展。

2 国有企业固定资产投资管理概述

国有企业固定资产是国有企业的资产组成部分，对国有企业发展有非常重要的作用。在国有企业建设中，其固定资产是企业建设的核心资本，主要包括国有企业土地、国有企业厂房建筑、国有企业专业生产设备、国有企业自主购买交通工具、通讯设备、电气装置等相关装置设备。国有企业固定资产是国有企业的资产代表，同时也是国有企业完成生产的基础性资产。在国有企业实际发展过程中，国有企业通过自身固定资产的利用，完成固定资产投资以促进资产再生产，获取更多的效益。……
