【摘  要】近年来，我国建筑工程行业面临的行业竞争和市场竞争更激烈，工程企业也在积极地探索提高自身竞争力和持续发展力的对策和方法。造价管理和控制是建筑工程施工管理的重要内容，在降低施工成本、保证工程项目顺利进行、提高工程项目建设的综合效益方面发挥着重要的作用。因此，论文主要分析了工程造价在施工管理中的作用、存在的问题和优化策略，希望对强化造价管控、推进建筑工程行业发展有所帮助。

【Abstract】In recent years， China's construction engineering industry is facing more intense industry competition and market competition. Engineering enterprises are also actively exploring the countermeasures and methods to improve their competitiveness and sustainable development. Cost management and control is an important part of construction management of construction engineering， which plays an important role in reducing the construction cost， ensuring the smooth progress of the project and improving the comprehensive benefits of the project construction. Therefore， the paper mainly analyzes the role of engineering cost in construction management， existing problems and optimization strategies， hoping to strengthen the cost control and promote the development of the construction industry.

1 引言

很多工程企业都具有投资建设规模大、周期长、工序复杂的特点，施工中存在的各类不稳定因素比较多，很容易造成超预算、建设成本增加、工程质量不达标、工程延期等一系列的问题。工程造价工作的开展和实施，在帮助工程企业合理化地控制成本和费用支出，保证工程项目的顺利进行方面发挥着重要的作用。工程企业需要充分地认识到这一点，根据工程行业的变化情况和市场需求，进一步地推进造价管理模式的创新和优化，通过实施全过程、动态化的造价控制，提高工程造价管理和控制的水平和效果，确保工程造价最大化地发挥功能和作用。

2 工程造价相关概述

工程造价主要是指采用科学合理的手段和方法，对建设工程投资费用和价格进行有效的管理和控制，以起到降低施工建设成本，推进工程项目有序开展、顺利进行，增强工程项目整体效益的目的。……
