【摘  要】随着我国机械自动化水平的不断提高，机械设备得到了较为广泛的应用，对社会经济水平的提高以及日常的生产生活有着至关重要的作用。但其所帶来的机械设备管理问题逐渐凸显出来，如果不加以控制将会严重影响生产的正常运行，甚至还会威胁到人们的生命安全。因此，论文针对机械设备管理存在的问题展开讨论，并提出相关改进策略，希望对整个机械设备管理行业的发展有所帮助。

【Abstract】With the continuous improvement of the level of mechanical automation in China， mechanical equipment has been widely used， which plays a vital role in the improvement of social economy level and daily production and life. However， the problems of mechanical equipment management have gradually become prominent. If it is not controlled， it will seriously affect the normal operation of production， and even threaten people's lives. Therefore， this paper discusses the problems existing in the management of machinery and equipment， and puts forward relevant improvement strategies， hoping to help the development of the entire machinery and equipment management industry.

1 引言

随着当前我国经济的不断发展，机械设备数量也在不断增多，加强机械设备管理工作的有效开展，不仅能够有效减少建筑工程机械设备日常运行管理过程当中的各种故障和隐患，还可以有效延长建筑机械设备的连续使用寿命，提高企业经济效益。因此，在实际设备管理工作中，相关技术人员一定要根据各项工程的实际运行情况，采取科学有效和针对性的设备维护管理措施，加强各项工程机械相关设备的维护管理。

2 机械设备管理中存在的问题

2.1 管理制度不健全

目前很多生产制造企业内部由于缺乏科学完善的机器设备管理体系和相关采购制度，使得机械设备在采购、生产、运营、维护等各个环节都表现出一定的劣势，无法充分有效地发挥机械设备的真正作用。机械设备的使用台账以及相关资格证书不全，日常维护保养数据不……
