摘要： 在以“实证为本”的教育科学研究发展浪潮下，纺织服装高等教育领域需要通过构建纺织服装高等教育纵向研究数据库来突破传统以研究者个人经验及理论推断为主的教育问题研究模式。文章通过调研国内外相关纵向研究数据库建设实践和构建理论，探讨纺织服装高等教育纵向研究数据库的理论基础、特征及其功能，并进一步分析纺织服装高等教育纵向研究数据库的构建要素，最后针对该数据库的优势和限制进行介绍。鉴于纺织服装高等教育纵向研究数据库构建任务的开创性与复杂性，需要在有关政府机构或行业协会的支持下，以院校、企业与学生等群体力量来进行构建与研究。

Abstract： Under the development trend of "evidence-based" educational scientific research， a longitudinal research database of textile and apparel higher education needs to be established in the textile and apparel higher education field in order to break through the conventional educational research model on the basis of researcher's personal experience and theoretical inference. Through an investigation of the practice and theroid of related longitudinal research database construction at home and abroad， this paper discussed the theoretical basis， characteristics， and functions of the longitudinal research database for textile and apparel higher education， and further analyzed the elements of establishing the longitudinal research database for textile and apparel higher education. In the end， this paper introduced the database advantages and limitations. In view that it is innovative and complicated to establish the longitudinal research database for the textile and apparel higher education， the support from relevant government agencies or industry associations， and the strength of colleges， enterprises， and students are need to complete its construction and relevant research.

21世紀以来，国内纺织服装产业正踏上从借鉴转向开发、从加工转向创造的新征程，因此纺织服装行业对自主创新型人才也有着越来越多的需求[1]。然而，根据教育部公布的年度普通高等学校本科专业备案和审批结果的文件显示，纺织服装类专业已连续两年成为各高校撤销数量列于首位的专业。在2018年、2019年，将近有四十余所高校撤掉了服装与服饰设计和服装设计与工程两个专业，其数量之多，令人不得不对国内纺织服装高等教育中所存在的问题重新进行审视[2]。

21世纪以来，欧美国家教育研究最受政府及学界重视的概念应该是“以实证为本”这个关键词。……
