摘 要 当代信息技术的飞速演进与发展赋予人类社会不断发展与进步的新契机。与此同时，教育领域也面临着新的机遇与挑战。国家2020年发布的‘十四五教育规划[1]对教育领域布置了新的育人任务、对教育赋予新的期待。而TPACK作为信息技术与教学法、学科内容整合理论正符和教育发展规划、促进教育信息化以优化教学。通过文献的分析与梳理、近期走访与调查，开展了对高校英语教师的TPACK水平的调查与测量的个案研究，并提出相应促进S高校英语教师职业发展的培养策略，以期提升S高校英语教师的TPACK水平，促进其职业发展。

Abstract The rapid development and development of contemporary information technology give the human society a new opportunity to develop and progress. At the same time， the education field is also facing new opportunities and challenges. The "14th five year plan" issued by the state in 2020 has laid out new tasks and new expectations for education in the field of education. TPACK， as the information technology and teaching method and the theory of subject content integration， is attached to the education development planning and promoting the education informatization to optimize teaching. Through the analysis and sorting of literature， recent visits and investigations， the author carried out a case study on the TPACK level of college English teachers， and put forward the corresponding training strategies to promote the professional development of S College English teachers， in order to improve the TPACK level of S College English teachers and promote their professional development.

0 前言

21世纪伊始迎来了信息技术跃进式的发展，其互联网+、大数据与云计算等先进科学技术等正引领人们的工作、生活方式发生质的演进。与此同时，学校作为教育的前沿阵地亦被推向改革口浪尖。教师作为学校教育的代言人也应随着信息时代的要求而不断的吸纳新知识、技能以不断提升教师职业素养、促进教师的职业发展。2020年10月国家发布出台‘十四五教育规划，对教师的信息化职业素养提出新的要求。而TPACK知识框架作为技术、教学法与学科内容知识的糅合体，正丰实自身本体理念并不断深化、发展进而促进教师教学实践，为教师职业发展指明了新路向。

1 TPACK知识框架的概述
