摘 要 高校思想政治教育以及心理健康教育工作的开展对于高校人才培养的质量有着至关重要的影响。在高等院校的人才培养过程中，心理健康教育队伍的建设以及心理健康教育的实施都要探究有效开展高质量实践的方式方法。为了进一步提高大学心理健康教育的实践效果，高校朋辈团体领导者的循环培养模式可以通过理论与实践的结合，以学生成长阶段不同的团体支持与配合來促进学生的发展。本文主要探究了高校朋辈团体领导者的循环培养模式，以昆山登云科技职业院校为例，通过搭建朋辈辅导与同伴教育协同育人平台，以期通过理论与实践的结合，以现存问题的分析、策略的提出来指导之后的培养模式改革与创新。

Abstract The development of Ideological and political education and mental health education in colleges and universities has a vital impact on the quality of talent training in colleges and universities. In the process of personnel training in colleges and universities， the construction of mental health education team and the implementation of mental health education should explore effective ways to carry out high-quality practice. In order to further improve the practical effect of college mental health education， the cycle training mode of peer group leaders in colleges and universities can promote the development of students through the combination of theory and practice and the support and cooperation of different groups in the growth stage of students. This paper mainly explores the cycle training mode of peer group leaders in colleges and universities. Taking Kunshan Dengyun College of Science and Technology as an example， by building a collaborative education platform of peer guidance and peer education， we hope to guide the reform and innovation of the training mode through the combination of theory and practice， the analysis of existing problems and the proposal of strategies.

在国家对于高校思想政治工作高度重视，对心理健康教育不断倡导的教育背景下，高校要积极探究高质量开展心理健康教育的手段与方法。大学生朋辈团体领导者的培养模式作为心理健康背景下新型的实践措施，该种实践模式既可以提高心理教育的开展质量，同时也可以通过心理健康教育独特优势的发挥来解决学生在生活学习过程中遇到的种种问题。朋辈团体领导者循环培养模式搭建背景下的心理健康教育开展与学生的心理现实更为接近，也能给予学生专业、系统的心理健康支持。……
