摘 要 针对舰艇情电指挥专业情电部门训练组织课程的实战化教学改革要求，从实战化教学的基本内涵、实战化教学内容设计、教学实施设计等几个方面，探讨了部门训练课程实战化教学内容体系构成和实战化教学实施方法步骤等，对于提高情电指挥专业部门训练课程实战化教学水平起到积极的促进作用。

Abstract According to the combat teaching reform requirements of the intelligence and electronic warfare department training and organization course of intelligence and electronic commanding specialty in warship， this paper probed into the structure of combat teaching content system and combat teaching implementation methods and steps from the aspects of combat teaching basic connotation， content design and teaching implementation design， which plays a positive role in improving the combat teaching level of the department training course of intelligence and electronic commanding specialty.

实战化教学的标准就是按实战要求，规范教学的各个环节，按作战任务和岗位需求设计教学内容，按实战要求组织教学，通过贴近实战的考核方式，培养学员能打仗、打胜仗的岗位任职能力。[1]目前，情电部门训练实战化教学在课程设計、实践教学、教学团队建设、教学条件建设和考核方式等方面离实战化标准均存在一定的差距。本文从实战化教学内容设计和教学实施设计两个方面，讨论了课程实战化教学内容设计和教学实施的基本思路。

1实战化教学的基本要求

党的十八大以来，习主席对军事院校实战化教学提出了一系列指示，着重强调“军队院校要坚持面向战场、面向部队、围绕实战搞教学，着眼打赢育人才”。贯彻习主席培养“能打仗，打胜仗”的新型军事人才的指示，任职教育院校必须加强实战化教学改革。
