摘  要：在“交通强国”发展的新形势下，结合交通规划课程理论性和实践性强的综合特点，运用启发式引入教学法，信息化大数据应用与传统调查融合教学法，翻转课堂的实践教学法三种方法与教学内容进行融合应用研究。以提高学生自主学习积极性和对专业课程的整体认知，巩固和深化课堂教学成果，培养解决实际问题的应用创新能力，达到应用型人才培养的目标。

Abstract： Under the development of building China's strength in transportation， considering the comprehensive characteristics of strong theory and practice of the course“traffic planning”， a fusion teaching method is proposed to integrate teaching content with three methods， which are heuristic introduction teaching method， combined information-based big data application and traditional survey teaching method， and flipped classroom practice teaching method. Based on these methods， this research tries to improve students' initiative in independent learning and overall cognition of professional courses， consolidate and deepen the results of classroom teaching， cultivate students' applied innovation ability to solve practical problems， and achieve the goal of application-oriented talent training.

2019年9月19日，中共中央、国务院印发了《交通强国建设纲要》，文中提出牢牢把握交通“先行官”定位，构建安全、便捷、高效、绿色、经济的现代化综合交通体系，打造一流设施、一流技术、一流管理、一流服务，建成人民满意、保障有力、世界前列的交通强国，为全面建成社会主义现代化强国、实现中华民族伟大复兴中国梦提供坚强支撑[1]。并对人才队伍的培育、建设提出新要求，为交通等相关专业的发展带来了新的契机。根据交通运输部的规划，到2020年，全国公路水路交通运输行业具有中专及以上文化程度的人才将达到1 500万人，其中受过高等教育的比例为20%，达到300万人[2]。高校作为培养人才的重要基地，应该把握交通強国等国家重大战略发展需要，牢牢抓住交通运输发展黄金时期，主动对人才培养方案进行因地制宜的调整和完善。特别是地方“应用型人才”培养为主的本科院校更应重视，使培养的学生能在社会日益竞争环境下提高适应能力，以满足社会发展对应用型人才的需求。……
