摘  要：文章以物流设备租赁企业为研究对象，根据目前物流企业预约维修服务的突发性、系统智能性等特点，对预约维修流程优化进行研究。通过确定维修部门运作流程和维修作业流程，分析租赁企业的运作流程影响因素，对预约维修流程提出优化思路，以减少维修资源损耗，提高租赁企业维修效率，从而提升承租方满足度。

Abstract： This paper takes logistics equipment leasing companies as the research object， and studies the optimization of the scheduled maintenance process based on the suddenness and system intelligence of current logistics companies' scheduled maintenance services. By determining the operation process and maintenance operation process of the maintenance department， analyzing the influencing factors of the operation process of the leasing company， and suggesting optimization ideas for the scheduled maintenance process， so as to reduce the loss of maintenance resources， improve the maintenance efficiency of the leasing company， and improve the satisfaction of the tenant.

在共享經济的影响下，物流设备租赁企业的预约维修服务日益蓬勃发展。预约维修流程作为租赁企业预约维修服务的核心竞争力，为满足承租方维修需求的预约维修服务提供指导。高效的维修流程不仅能提高租赁企业的维修服务质量，还能提升承租方的满意度。

预约维修流程是由根据预约维修顺序执行的一系列单独维修活动组成，连通了整个预约维修服务部门和预约维修作业环节。越来越多的国内外研究者对维修流程进行了相关研究。张柱良[1]以飞机航线维修流程为研究对象，通过对问题产生原因和流程执行具体环节进行剖析，运用流程优化的方法和原则，优化航线维修流程的优化方案。李超[2]等人针对机务准备维修流程作业问题，以模块化理论为研究基础提出了机务准备维修流程模块化优化方法。周雷[3]以地铁列车维修流程为研究对象，通过关键路径法和约束力分别确定流程中的关键节点及环节，从而提出相应的优化建议。……
