摘 要 统计学是临床医学专业学生的公共必修课之一，是一门实践应用性很强的课程。统计学广泛地应用于临床工作中，因此对临床工作者的数据分析能力也要求越来越高。为适应新时代医学人才的需求，针对临床专业学生的统计学基础参差不齐的教学实际，我们结合统计学课程进行了一系列的教学改革和探索。对当下统计学改革必要性进行分析，按临床医学专业学位不同进行相应内容的授课，分类多模式教学，加强实践上机操作考核。以培养学生综合数据分析的能力。

Abstract Statistics is one of the public compulsory courses for students majoring in clinical medicine. Statistics is widely used in clinical work， so the ability of data analysis of clinical workers is more and more demanding. In order to meet the needs of medical talents in the new era and to meet the teaching practice of the uneven statistical basis of clinical students， we have carried out a series of teaching reform and exploration in combination with the statistics course. This paper analyzes the necessity of the current statistical reform， carries on the corresponding content teaching according to the clinical medicine specialty degree， classifies the multi-mode teaching， and strengthens the practice computer operation examination， in order to cultivate students' ability of comprehensive data analysis.

被比喻為“现代医学大厦的一个重要支柱”的医学统计学，是一门关于数据的科学，是研究数字资料的收集、分析、解释和表达的学科。[1]医学统计学是临床医学硕士研究生基础课学习中的必修科目之一，掌握基本医学统计学的方法及应用是必备科研素质。统计学是一门以数学为主的科目，教学课时较少且概念抽象，内容逻辑性强，计算烦琐复杂，然而临床医学硕士研究生的数学功底普遍薄弱，学习模式大多以记忆为主，导致很多学生在医学统计学课程的学习中存在很大的困难。因此，我们结合统计学课程进行了一系列的教学改革和探索。
