摘要：该文分析了新工科背景下高素质人才培养的内容，探讨了当前形势下计算机专业校企合作实践教学改革现状，提出了新工科背景下计算机专业校企合作实践教学新模式。分析结果表明，在新工科背景下，校企合作实践教学模式具有很强的实用性，能够培养出更多、更高素质的计算机专业人员，更好地满足我国社会经济发展对计算机专业人员的需求，值得大范围推广应用。

Abstract： based on the research of the cooperative practice teaching model of computer specialty between school and Enterprise under the background of new engineering， this paper analyzes the content of cultivating high-quality talents under the background of new engineering with the method of combining theory with practice， this paper probes into the present situation of practical teaching reform of school-enterprise cooperation of computer major under the background of new engineering， and advances the practical teaching mode of school-enterprise cooperation of computer major under the background of new engineering. The results show that under the background of the new engineering course， the practical teaching mode of school-enterprise cooperation has strong practicability and can train more and higher-quality computer professionals， to better meet the needs of China's social and economic development of computer professionals， it is worth a wide range of application.

1 背景

在新工科大环境下，高校传统计算机专业人才培养模式相形见绌，难以满足信息化时代对计算机专业人才的需求。为促使计算机专业培养出的人才能够更好地适应时代发展需求，实现学以致用的教学目标，让学生具有更高的解决实际问题的能力，采用校企合作实践教学模式势在必行，也是计算机专业教学模式改革的必然需求。

2 新工科背景下高素质人才培养内容

新工科背景下的“新”字，主要体现在新产业对新人才的新需求上，以市场为导向，培养专业对口的高素质新型人才。新工科概念是在2017年被提出，此后人才培养模式有了较大改变，其核心内容是：全面更新人才培养模式，重构人才培养目标和专业知识结构，摒弃传统理论教学培养模式，通过多种途径培养更多高素质人才。
