摘  要：新课程改革的推动作用下初中体育教学实现了进一步的发展，教师在教学活动中充分意识到了学生为主体的重要性，教学理念上彻底贯彻落实“健康第一”。受到传统体育教学模式的影响，学生在体育课堂的学习过程中，很难发挥自己的积极性和主动性，人生感受到体育与学习的乐趣，调动学生在体育课堂上的热情，教师在教学活动中，要注重愉快体育教学理念的融入与践行，为初中体育教学的改革和发展起到带动作用，基于此，本文对愉快体育教学在初中体育中的应用进行分析，希望能够以此带动学生在体育课堂上的进步与发展。

【Abstract】The new curriculum reform under the role of the promotion of junior high school physical education to achieve further development，teachers in the teaching activities fully aware of the importance of students as the main body，thoroughly implement the teaching concept of “health first”. Influenced by traditional physical education teaching mode，students learning process in the sports classroom，it is difficult to play to their enthusiasm and initiative，feel the fun of sports and learn in life，to mobilize the enthusiasm of the students in physical education class，the teacher in teaching activities，should pay attention to the integration of happy PE teaching concept and practice，for the reform and development of junior middle school sports teaching plays a leading role，based on this，in this paper，the application of happy PE teaching in junior middle school sports analysis，hope to be able to drive the progress and development of the students in physical education class.

受到應试教育的影响，初中学生的体育教学往往受不到重视，大量的文化课知识学习，霸占了学生原本的体育时间，导致学生在学习之余缺少了释放压力，释放不良情绪的机会，新课程改革后，初中体育教学受到了广泛的重视，因其能够在学生的升学压力之余，带给学生心灵上的放松，所以，体育学科的教学工作非常重要，愉快体育教学理念在初中体育教学中的融入更是能够改变学生的不良情绪，激发学生的学习热情，打破传统教学方式的束缚，构建起良好的师生关系，不仅突出了学生的课堂中的主体地位，更是大大提高了初中体育教学的教学质量，本人对于愉快体育教学的特点与内涵进行分析，判断初中体育教学过程中愉快体育理念的融入策略。……
