摘  要：现代教改的不断深入，使得小学对信息技术的教育逐渐开始重视了起来，国家也开始不断重视青少年的综合素质发展，心思素养开始成为了考察学生综合运用能力的重要指标。当代小学开始不断重视对学生计算机应用能力的培养，但是由于缺乏了相应的教学理论，再加上部分客观原因，导致信息技术教学规划无法有效的实行。本文将阐述小学信息技术的重要性及其特点，分析当代小学信息技术教学现状，从而提出相应的教学参考策略。

【Abstract】With the deepening of modern education reform，primary schools gradually begin to attach importance to the education of information technology，and the country also begins to attach importance to the development of teenagers' comprehensive quality. Mental quality has become an important indicator of students' comprehensive ability. Contemporary primary schools began to pay attention to the cultivation of students' computer application ability，but due to the lack of corresponding teaching theory，coupled with some objective reasons，the information technology teaching planning can not be effectively implemented. This paper will elaborate the importance and characteristics of information technology in primary schools，analyze the current situation of information technology teaching in contemporary primary schools，and put forward corresponding teaching reference strategies.

在小学阶段开设信息技术课程的主要目的，不仅是为了让学生掌握基本的操作，更是对学生的信息素养提出了一定的要求。伴随着新课改的实施，小学信息技术教学因为新课改理念的不断深入，从而变得更加重要。但是在实际的信息技术教学过程中，由于教师并未具备专业的理论指导，所以对该项课程的教学内容并不能精准把握，再加上学校也并不重视这门课程的教学进度，所以学生无法有效的提升信息素养，也无法完成信息技术教学目标。

1.小学信息技术教学中教学规划的重要性

（1）有利于了解到学生的学习情况

教师应当根据学生的实际学习情况，制定相应的教学计划，对一些有一定基础的学生，应当将规范操作以及强化训练融入到信息技术教学环节当中。除此之外，教师还应当在日常教学过程中，让学生对电脑系统操作有一个更加全面的了解，并引导学生进行相关电脑操作。……
