[摘要]前牙间隙主要是因先天牙齿缺失、牙齿过小以及颌骨过大等因素使患者牙列间隙变大的牙科疾病类型之一。前牙间隙的存在不但会对患者面容的美观性造成一定影响，还会因患者本身出现食物嵌塞以及发音模糊等状况对口腔功能的正常使用造成阻碍，进而对患者的日常社交以及心理状态造成极大的影响。传统性质的口腔正畸治疗过于强调尽快促进患者咀嚼功能的改善，极易在治疗中忽视了对口腔美观性的修复，尤其是对于一些情况比较特殊的患者来说，仅仅使用口腔正畸或是单独使用美容修复等方式对患者进行治疗并不能取得比较理想的效果，因而在临床使用中具有一定的局限性。因此，为了进一步促进患者病情改善，增强患者生活以及生存质量，在临床治疗中需采用美容修复联合口腔正畸治疗的方式。本文主要综述对前牙间隙患者使用美容修复联合口腔正畸治疗的有效性及其研究进展。

Effectiveness of Cosmetic Restoration Combined with Orthodontic Treatment of Anterior Tooth Space and Its Research Progress

Abstract：  Anterior tooth gap is mainly one of the dental diseases caused by congenital tooth loss， teeth too small and jaw size too large. The presence of anterior tooth space will not only have a certain impact on the beauty of the patient's face， but also hinder the normal use of oral functions due to the patient's own food impaction and ambiguous pronunciation， thus greatly affecting the patient's daily social and psychological state.Traditional nature of orthodontics treatment too much emphasis on promoting the improvement of the masticatory function in patients with as soon as possible， easily ignored in the treatment of oral cavity repair beautiful sex and sexual health， especially for some special patients， only use orthodontics or separate use cosmetic repair methods such as treatment of patients can not achieve ideal effect， thus has certain limitation in clinical use. Therefore， in order to further promote the improvement of patients' condition and enhance their life and quality of life， the combination of cosmetic repair and orthodontic treatment should be adopted in clinical treatment. This study mainly discussed the effectiveness of cosmetic repair combined with orthodontic treatment for patients with anterior tooth space.

前牙间隙属于临床上发生率较高的疾病类型之一，其发生后极易对患者的面容美观性以及口腔功能造成影响，使患者的发音能力出现障碍，并且还会导致患者发生食物嵌塞等不良情況，进而影响到患者的牙周组织[1]。临床上认为导致前牙间隙发生的原因并不仅仅是单一因素所造成的，通常发现在相同病例中会同时存在多个不同因素，例如：不良生活习惯、多种错牙出现畸形、牙齿大小以及形状存在异常等都是引起牙列间隙的重要原因[2]。……
