[摘要]近年来，颈部年轻化治疗的需求量增加，颈部老化是多方面因素联合作用的结果。本文综述了颈部老化的临床表现及原因，通过应用激光、射频、玻尿酸及肉毒毒素治疗颈部皮肤老化，吸脂及溶脂治疗颈部脂肪堆积，激光、玻尿酸及肉毒毒毒素治疗颈阔肌条索状外观等一系列综合治疗达到颈部年轻化，以期为临床治疗颈部老化提供指导。

Cosmetic Procedures Available for Rejuvenation of the Neck

Abstract：The demand for neck rejuvenation is the increase recently，neck aging is influenced by multiple genetic and environmental factors.This article review the existing literature about the appearance of clinical features and multiple facets of the neck aging，Treating skin aging using Iaser、radiofrequency，hyaluronic acid and botulinumtoxin A，Treating submental fat accumulation using liposuction，crylipolysis.Treating platysmal bands using laser，hyaluronic acid and botulinumtoxin A，there is a wide array of cosmetic procedures available for rejuvenation of the neck.It can produce a direction in clinical practice.

颈部老化的问题近年来越来越受到人们的重视，颈部老化是多方面因素联合作用的结果，临床表现在以下几个方面：①皮肤老化;②下颌缘轮廓线不明显;③颈颌角由105°～120°变大;④颈颏下部的脂肪堆积;⑤组织萎缩;⑥颈阔肌条索状改变[1]。针对以上不同原因引起的颈部老化表现，治疗上采用综合方法改善颈部的外观。

1  颈部皮肤老化的治疗

颈部皮肤老化包括皮肤暗沉、纹理粗糙及颈纹形成。老化的原因为成纤维细胞功能异常及胶原形成减少而致真皮胶原的碎裂[2]，年轻时胶原蛋白紧密充盈，肌肤表面平滑，衰老皮肤胶原蛋白稀疏受损，肌肤表面凹陷不平表现为皱纹及皮肤松弛[3]。其中颈横纹的分级为：0级：可见连续的皮肤纹线，无凹痕;1级：可见细小的水平皱纹，呈轻微的凹痕，无皮肤松弛及皮下脂肪垫;2级：颈部水平折纹清晰，自然情况下折纹可见，颈部伸展时折纹消失，轻度皮肤松弛;3级：长且深的水……
