摘  要：全球跨境电商蓬勃发展，成为全新的经济增长点，而跨境电商人才缺口巨大，已经严重影响行业的发展，作为培养应用型人才的高职院校责任重大。跨境电商“微专业”建设以课程设置的动态性和实时性创新了专业建设的新模式，实现跨境岗位职业能力点对点提升，彻底摆脱跨境电商人才供需失衡的困境。文章从跨境电商“微專业”设立的意义入手，构建了“多模块、一平台、共拓展”的课程体系，并对其学分设置进行了详细剖析，提出了“双导师”全程参与体制，鼓励学生进行跨境电商的创新创业。

Abstract： The global cross-border e-commerce has developed vigorously and become a brand-new economic growth point， and the huge talent gap of cross-border e-commerce has seriously affected the development of this new industry. The construction of cross-border e-commerce "micro-specialty" innovates the new mode of specialty construction with the Dynamic and real-time nature of the curriculum， realizes the point-to-point upgrading of the professional ability of cross-border posts， and gets rid of the predicament of the imbalance between supply and demand of cross-border e-commerce talents. Starting with the significance of setting up "micro-specialty" of cross-border e-commerce， this paper constructs the course system of "multi-module， one platform and co-development"， analyzes in detail its credit setting， and puts forward the system of "double tutors" participating in the whole course， to encourage students to carry out cross-border e-commerce innovation and entrepreneurship.

2019年7月3日，国务院总理李克强在国务院常务会议中强调支持跨境电商等新业态发展，是适应产业革命新趋势、促进进出口稳中提质的重要举措。近些年来，传统外贸增长放缓，以跨境电子商务为代表的新型商业模式在外贸发展中表现亮眼。据数据显示，从全球范围看，2018年全球贸易增速仅3%左右，但跨境B2C的年增长就超过了20%，据海关初步统计，2020年我国跨境电商进出口1.69万亿元，增长了31.1%。其中，出口1.12万亿元，增长40.1%，进口0.57万亿元，增长16.5%。与蓬勃发展的跨境电商相对应的却是当前跨境电商人才的极度匮乏，有相关报告指出“当前中国跨境电商人才对应的缺口约为450万，这一缺口正以30%以上的增长速度增加”。作为培养人才的高校，跨境电商专业尚未获批，相关专业毕业生的专业知识与岗位需求脱节，人才培养速度和跨境市场发展速度错位较大，已经严重影响到行业的正常发展。……
