摘  要：数字化资源建设是推动军队院校教育信息化建设的基础，是促进军队院校优质教育资源拓展和教育能力提升的有效举措。在军队院校数字化资源建设落后于国家整体水平的现实条件下，以网络化、数字化技术和军队院校教育教学特点为前提，根据军队院校职能和定位的拓展，构建了军队院校专业教学数字化教学资源建设模式，探索了军队院校数字化教学资源建设意义、建设目标及其建设内容，提出了目前军队院校专业教学数字化教学资源建设存在的问题、应对基本策略及其具体实践。

Abstract： The construction of digital resources is the foundation of promoting the informationalization， and is an effective measure to promote the expansion of high-quality educational resources and the improvement of educational capacity in military academies. Under the realistic condition that the construction of digital resources in military academies lags behind the overall national level， on the premise of networked and digital technology and the characteristics of education and teaching in military academies， according to the expansion of functions and positions， this paper constructs the construction mode of digital teaching resources， probes into the significance， objectives and contents of digital teaching resources construction in military academies， and puts forward the existing problems， basic countermeasures and concrete practices of digital teaching resources construction in military academies.

教学网络化、数字化的根本要求是基于网络的专业知识教学资源数字化[1]。专业教学数字化资源库的建设与共享是军队院校专业教学网络教育发展中的重要内容。实现军队院校专业教学网络化、数字化的前提条件是拥有大量的数字化专业教学资源。因此，重视和加强军队院校专业教学数字化资源建设是当前军队院校专业教学过程中的重要工作。

数字化教学资源建设是信息技术中不可或缺的内容，也是助力军队院校教学模式改革的有力措施。随着传统教学资源与现代数字化信息资源的不断融合，高新技术发展迅猛，数字化信息资源在军队院校专业教学中扮演了举足轻重的角色。加强数字化专业教学资源建设与共享是实现军队院校军事教育专业教学改革优化的突破口。……
