摘  要：受新冠肺炎的影响，全国高校2019-2020学年春季学期均延期开学。教育部针对疫情防控期间的高校教学工作，提出了相关指导意见;与此同时，疫情期间坚持思政教育，也仍然是高校育人工作的重点。文章以沈阳工业大学建筑与土木工程学院为例，针对疫情下教育工作的机遇与挑战，从管理体制、教学模式和师资队伍等方面加以研究，形成疫情防控下“在线教育与课程思政”的融合，构建完整的防控教育体系。

Abstract： Affected by the COVID-19， the spring semester of 2019-2020 academic year in all over China's universities is postponed. Aiming at the teaching work in universities during the period of epidemic， the Ministry of Education put forward relevant guiding proposals. Meanwhile， it is still the priority work for the universities to insist on the ideological and political education. Based on the example of School of Architecture and Civil Engineering， Shenyang University of Technology， in response to today's opportunities and challenges， researching on the aspect of management system， teaching model and construction of teaching staff， this article combined "the online courses" with "the ideological and political education" and helps to build a comprehensive education system.

疫情期间，教育部提出高校学生“不停学”、教师“不停教”的指导意见。传统教学已无法满足正常工作需要，网课教学应运而生，成为高校教学工作顺利开展的重要手段;同时，疫情之下也是高校课程思政的一次特殊的融入与加深，成为高校思政育人工作的重要节点。由此出现了网课与课程思政的融合，促使高校在疫情防控期间开展深入研究，加快教育体系改革。[1]

一、疫情下“网课+课程思政”教育的机遇与挑战

学生“不停学”、教师“不停教”，对于高校的教育体系来说是一次严峻的挑战，当然也可能成为一次改革的契机，促使高校直面困难，加快调整，变劣势为优势。
