摘  要：学术素养是国际化人才评价的重要指标之一，培养学生的学术素养是高等教育的重要使命。高校图书馆作为高校的重要教学科研和人才培养服务保障机构，必须发挥其资源优势和服务优势，在高校的一流学科建设及国际化人才培养中起到重要作用。此研究利用定性分析法指出了高校图书馆在学术服务方面的主要内容，分析了图书馆在学生学术素养培养中的作用和实现路径，以期对我国高校图书馆学术服务开展提供参考。

Abstract： As academic literacy is one of the important indicators of international talent evaluation， it is an important mission of higher education to cultivate students' academic literacy. University library as an important guarantee institution for teaching， scientific research and personnel training， needs to play an important role in the first-class discipline construction and international personnel training. This research points out the main academic service of university library by using qualitative analysis method， analyzes the role and realization path of the library in the cultivation of students' academic literacy， aiming to provide reference for the development of academic service of university library in China.

一、國内外研究现状

高校图书馆作为高校的信息资源储备中心，是高校教学科研服务保障的重要机构，对高校的学科建设和国际化人才培养具有极其重要的作用。国际化是高等教育质量的重要部分，提升研究生教育国际化水平，对研究型大学具有十分重要的战略价值和现实意义。而研究生教育作为国际化人才培养的主力军，必须满足国际化人才的素养要求，即培养学生的学术素养，人文素养和跨文化素养。因此在培养其专业化的同时，应将学术素养培养作为重中之重。高校图书馆应该以国际化人才培养为契机，大力发展其资源优势和服务优势，成为国际化人才培养的重要保障，实现我国从高等教育大国到高等教育强国的历史性跨越，全面提升高等教育实力和国际竞争力[1]。

随着数字信息化的发展，高校图书馆资源在教育教学中的积极作用愈发凸显，国内外学者对此方面的研究也如火如荼。……
