摘  要：针对军队院校本科思想政治教育的特殊情况，以《舟桥工程》这一特色专业主干课为例，在教书育人的基础上开展专业课课程思政探索。按照“以学生为中心”的教学理念，在明确课程思政目标的前提下，对课程思政元素进行了挖掘和梳理，探讨了将思政元素融入知识点教学的实施形式，并在教学实践基础上进行了总结和反思，提出了专业课课程思政应把握的三个问题。

Abstract： Aiming at the special situation of undergraduate ideological and political education in military academies， the featured major course Pontoon Engineering taken as an example， upon the basis of imparting knowledge and educating people， ideological and political theories teaching in specialized coursesis explored. According to the "student-centered" teaching idea， based on the clarification of the ideological and political theories teaching objectives， the elements of the ideological and political theories teaching are excavated and sorted out. With the implementation forms for the elements integrated into the knowledge points is discussed. Finally， summary and reflection based on the teaching practice are introduced， while three problems should be mastered in ideological and political theories teaching in specialized courses.

在軍队院校这一特殊性质的高等院校里，既有较大比重的思想政治理论课和政治教员，又有专门的政工干部负责学员思想政治教育，且各种主题教育和政治学习活动较多，学员也不用担心毕业后找工作的问题，导致学员接受思政教育的效果不明显、对课程学习尤其是专业课学习的积极性不高，甚至出现学员因挂科较多而退学的现象。这就给军队院校教育工作者提出了很大的难题。

针对这一现实问题，本着既要教书更要育人的指导思想，专业课教员在传授知识、培养能力的同时，通过课堂上零零星星做些正面教育，在专业课课程思政方面进行了一些探索与实践，取得了一定的效果。比如从教员的视角对当前时事和政策作些解读，为学员解疑释惑;对学员的学习目的和动力进行鼓励，破解学员学习无用、专业学不学都一样的错误观念;对学员的发展前途进行实事求是的分析，鼓励学员多学课堂之外的本领;对各门课程之间的关系进行梳理，使学员掌握系统分析的宏观视野。……
