摘  要：随着社会生产和科学技术的发展，高等工科教育在为工程行业培养技术人才方面，有了新的更高目标。“水工钢结构”课程是水利水电工程专业重要的专业课程之一，在培养学生系统的水利工程知识和综合分析问题、解决问题的能力方面发挥着重要作用，因此对“水工钢结构”课程进一步优化势在必行。文章从目前“水工钢结构”理论教学和实践环节中学生学习和训练效果不够理想的实际情况出发，探讨了几方面的优化建议，认为教与学的匹配度，学生的学习态度，实践环节的强化程度，完善的学习成效评价体系，是提高教学质量和实践训练效果的关键。

Abstract： With the development of social production and science and technology， higher engineering education has a new and higher goal in training technical talents for the engineering industry. "Hydraulic steel structure" course is one of the important professional courses of water conservancy and hydropower engineering major. It plays an important role in cultivating students' systematic knowledge of hydraulic engineering and their ability to comprehensively analyze and solve problems. Therefore， it is imperative to further optimize the course of "hydraulic steel structure". The current "hydraulic steel structure" theory teaching and practice middle school students' learning and the actual situation of the training effect is not ideal. The paper discusses several aspects of optimization advice， think that the matching degree of teaching and learning， the students' learning attitude， practice of intensive degree， improve the learning evaluation system， is the key to improve the quality of teaching and practical training effect.

引言

高等教育与社会生产、科学技术的结合是现代社会发展的重要趋势之一，这一趋势在高等工科教育中表现得更为突出。培养适应我国工业化需求和经济全球化发展趋势的高质量各类型工程技术人才，是我国高等工科教育的目标[1]。学者根据我国国情提出了未来工程师应具备工程实践能力;多学科背景以及多方面的能力;职业道德以及社会责任感等主要品质。为此，我国高等工科教育从专业设置，学科和专业分类，工科教育培养目标，实践能力培养，国际工程教育认证，树立终身教育的理念等方面加强对工程教育的优化[2]。

2018年，华南农业大学水利水电工程专业以国家认证标准为指南，通过了IEET工程及科技教育认证，以促进人才培养质量的不断提高和专业核心竞争力、行业影响力和社会贡献度的不断增强[3]。……
