摘  要：人才培养是高等院校义不容辞的主要任务，是一个长期的系统工程，实施本科生导师制对于提升高等院校人才培养质量具有十分重要的作用。农学专业本科生生活导师制的实施能够为新生提供生活上的指导与帮助、制定合理的学习计划，科研导师制的实施可进一步明确本科生科学研究的方向与内容。然而，高等院校农学专业在实施本科生导师制中存在能够胜任本科生导师的教师数量不够;本科生指导老师因缺乏经验且工作强度大无法达到预期效果;实施本科生导师制缺乏有效的监督管理与激励体制等问题。针对实施本科生导师制突显出的诸多问题，高等院校农学专业应充分调配老师资源、加强业务培训，增强本科生导师业务素养并完善其数量;合理并科学规划本科生导师的工作内容，提高工作实效;健全本科生导师制的褒奖政策与激励机制，从而提高本科生导师制的实施实效。

Abstract： Talent training is the main task of universities and colleges， and it is a long-term systematic project. The implementation of undergraduate tutorial system plays a very important role in improving the quality of talent training in universities and colleges. The implementation of undergraduate tutorial system for agronomy specialty in colleges and universities can provide life guidance and help for freshmen， make a reasonable learning plan， and further clarify the direction and content of their scientific research. However， there are still some problems in the implementation of undergraduate tutorial system for agronomy specialtyin colleges and universities. There are not enough qualified undergraduate tutors; due to lack of experience and great work intensity， the undergraduate tutor cannot achieve the desired effect; the implementation of undergraduate tutorial system lacks effective supervision， management and incentive system. In order toproblems above， we should fully allocate teacher resources， strengthen professional training， improve the professional quality of undergraduate tutors and increase the number of tutors. Reasonable and scientific planning of the work content of undergraduate tutor should be made.The work effectiveness should be improved. And the commendation policy and incentive mechanism of undergraduate tutorial system should be made so as to improve the implementation effect of undergraduate tutorial system.
