摘要 为了解国内外学者对于粮食质量安全领域的研究情况，探究基于大数据的国际国内粮食供应链质量安全的研究内容、方法、热点和趋势，利用文献计量学方法和知识图谱可视化方法，针对WOS Core collection和CNKI数据库中核心以上期刊作为文献来源，对主题有关于“粮食供应链”“大数据”“粮食质量安全”的1 936篇国内外文献进行了关键词共现分析。结果显示，国内外的研究方向都集中在创建结合大数据与物联网技术的自动化粮食、食品质量安全监测预警系统等方面。国内的研究重点在于粮食质量安全的责任认定与追溯，而国外研究重点在于标准的建立以及检测技术、贮藏技术的革新。

Food Quality and Safety Research Hotspot Based on CiteSpace Data Visualization

Abstract To understand the research situation of scholars both at home and abroad in the field of food quality and safety，to explore in the food supply chain perspective with big data technology of international and domestic research contents and methods of the food quality and safety，as well as the research hotspot and trend，we used the method of literature meteorology and knowledge map visualization methods.Aiming at WOS Core collection and the core journals and above in CNKI database as a source of literature，we carried out key words co-occurrence analysis on the topics about “food supply chain” “big data” “food quality and safety” of 1 936 literatures.Results showed that the research direction at home and abroad focused on the establishment of automatic monitoring and early warning system of food quality safety combining with big data and IoT technology.Domestic research focused on the responsibility identification and traceability of food quality and safety，while foreign research focused on the establishment of standards and the innovation of testing technology and storage technology.

中共中央、国务院印发了《乡村振兴战略规划（2018—2022年）》，规划指出要实施食品安全战略，加快完善农产品质量和食品安全标准、监管体系，加快建立农产品质量分级及产地准出、市场准入制度。建立健全农产品质量安全风险评估、监测预警和应急处置机制。规划还指出要保障国家粮食安全和重要农产品有效供给，健全粮食安全保障机制。《中共中央关于制定国民经济和社会发展第十三个五年规划的建议》指出，农业大数据发展应用是建设农业农村现代化、实施乡村振兴战略的有力抓手，必须紧跟大数据时代步伐，抓紧推动农业大数据建设，推动我国从农业大国走向农业强国。……
