摘  要：本文旨在探究双元价值视域下的高校辅导员档案工作策略。文章探讨了双元价值理论体系为高校辅导员档案工作带来的新契机，基于双元价值视角，通过建立高校辅导员档案工作新模式、增强高校辅导员档案工作意识，提高高校辅导员档案专业素养，以期达到推进辅导员档案工作发展的目的。

Abstract： This article aims to explore the strategy of college counselors' file work under the dual value perspective. The article discusses the new opportunities brought by the dual value theory system to the archives work of college counselors. Based on the dual value perspective， through the establishment of a new model of college counselors' archives work， the awareness of college counselors' archives work is enhanced， and the profession of college counselors' archives is improved. Accomplishment， in order to achieve the purpose of advancing the development of counselors' archives work.

1 從“双元价值”看高校辅导员档案工作

1.1 双元价值论的基本涵义。档案双元价值理论由覃兆刿教授首次提出，他在《档案双元价值论谈》[1]一书中指出：“档案是工具价值与信息价值的双元价值结合体，这是与图书、情报、文物相异之处。”在“双元价值观”理论中，档案被定义为“人类对凭证信息的合目的的控制”。从档案双元价值论视角出发，档案始终可以作两个层面的理解，一是它作为一种行为方式，人类的初衷在于借助其结构形式所赋予的功能，人们称之为“工具价值”;一是作为记录或者文献归属的实体，其内容负载的价值，人们称之为“信息价值”。前者是一种普遍意义的价值，后者是一种个性价值;前者由档案的社会属性赋予，后者由档案的自然属性赋予。从档案价值实现角度来看，档案双元价值观的提出及其发展将档案的利用价值提升到一个新的高度，同时，将档案学界理论研究推进到更深层次的领域，为档案的社会贡献开辟了新的道路。
