摘 要：目前，我国的苹果产业正值转型发展期，以傳统的农户生产为主，逐渐转为以规模化发展为主，在实际的转变过程中，受多种因素制约，苹果的规模化发展并未取得理想效果。对我国苹果产业现状进行分析，对规模化发展中出现的问题进行思考，并提出合理的发展建议，可为苹果产业规模化发展积累经验，矫正偏差，促进苹果产生健康持续发展。

Prominent Problems Existing and Positive Development in

Large Scale Production of Apple Industry in China

Abstract：At present， the apple industry of China is in the period of transformation and development， and the traditional model has gradually changed into large scale development model. In the actual transformation process， restricted by various factors， the large-scale development of apple are not well. The analysis of the current situation of apple industrialization in China， the reflection on the problems in the scale development and the reasonable development suggestions can accumulate experience for the scale development of apple industry and promote the healthy development of apple industry.

目前，苹果生产中最突出的矛盾是以“户”为经营单位的小生产与销售的大都市化之间的不协调，小生产导致所产的苹果千差万别，标准不一，而大都市的销售方向要求商品要有较高的均一性。为了有效的解决这一矛盾和问题，国家层面频频出招，以提高产业组织化程度为手段，先后倡导建立苹果种植合作社、建办家庭农场等方式鼓励土地流转，适当进行苹果规模化发展，但在实际应用过程中，受多种因素制约，并未取得理想效果。多数规模化发展的苹果园举步维艰，大部分表现大规模、高投入、低产出现象，有的负债经营，个别的经营主体破产，虽然是少数，却很有代表性。正视苹果产业规模化生产现状，探讨解决规模化发展中出现的问题，才可为规模化发展积累经验，矫正偏差，保证产业沿着健康道路前行，少走弯路，减少损失。
