摘 要：近年来，甘肃省高台县根据戈壁荒漠资源丰富、光热资源条件等得天独厚的自然禀赋，按照 “生态建设产业化、产业发展生态化”的要求，大力发展戈壁经济林产业，走出了一条非耕地经济林产业的发展之路。针对戈壁经济林产业发展实际及存在的突出问题，提出了做大做强戈壁经济林产业的对策措施。

Countermeasure of Developing Gobi Economic Forest in Gaotai County of Gansu Province

Abstract：In recent years， according to the Gobi rich desert resources， unique light and heat resources， according to the “ecological construction industrialization， industrial development ecological” requirements， vigorously develop the Gobi economic forest industry. In view of the actual development of Gobi economic forest industry and the outstanding problems， the countermeasures to strengthen Gobi economic forest industry were put forward.

1 高台县戈壁经济林产业发展现状

高台县位于甘肃省河西走廊中部，具有丰富的戈壁荒漠资源和得天独厚的光热资源条件。近年来，高台县深入贯彻习近平生态文明思想，认真践行绿水青山就是金山银山理念，把戈壁经济林产业发展与全面建成小康社会、乡村振兴战略、生态产业扶贫相结合，按照“多采光、少用水、节耕地、高效益”的思路和“生态建设产业化、产业发展生态化”的要求，立足现有戈壁资源，鼓励和支持龙头企业、专业合作社、家庭农场等各类经营主体大力发展以优质梨、葡萄、优质杂果、枸杞等为主的戈壁经济林产业，成为农业增效、企业增收、群众致富的支柱产业，走出了一条非耕地经济林产业的发展之路。截止2020年10月，全县戈壁经济林面积6 100  hm2，其中：葡萄（酿酒葡萄、鲜食葡萄）1 620 hm2，梨1 573 hm2，苹果540 hm2，枸杞817 hm2，红枣300 hm2，桃、杏、李580 hm2，肉苁蓉310 hm2，其他360 hm2;结果面积4 787 hm2，果品总产量5.52万t ，实现产值1.75亿元。
