Research on the Influencing Factors of Enterprise Independent Innovation in Guangdong Province

【摘  要】随着广东省经济步入“新常态”，创新已经成为促进广东省经济高质量发展的必备条件。但是依目前情况来看，广东省在高端与核心技术方面对外的依赖程度还是很大，技术创新的效率与自主创新的能力依然比较低。论文从广东省区域创新能力现状入手，分析广东省企业自主创新能力的影响因素，包括：经济发展、居民消费及教育水平;研发投入水平与来源结构;研发投入强度;研发经费投入使用结构以及专利申请受理情况。在此基础上，论文提出了广东省企业自主创新能力提高的对策与建议。

【Abstract】As Guangdong's economy enters the "new normal"， innovation has become a necessary condition to promote the high quality development of Guangdong's economy. However， according to the current situation， Guangdong Province still relies heavily on foreign countries in terms of high-end and core technologies， and the efficiency of technological innovation and the ability of independent innovation are still relatively low. Starting from the current situation of regional innovation ability of Guangdong Province， this paper analyzes the influencing factors of independent innovation ability of enterprises in Guangdong Province， including： economic development， residents' consumption and education level; R&D investment level and source structure; R&D investment intensity; R&D funding structure and patent application acceptance. On this basis， the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the independent innovation ability of enterprises in Guangdong Province.

1 引言

党的十九大报告指出，创新是引领发展的第一动力，是建设现代化经济体系的战略支撑。根據《中国区域创新能力评价报告2020》显示，2020年广东区域创新能力的分数为62.14， “企业创新”得分为80.27，连续4年全国居首。专家表示，广东企业创新能力突出，得益于不断完善以企业为主体、市场为导向、产学研相结合的区域创新体系，持续激励企业加大研发投入，推动高新技术企业树标提质，培育出一批“高精尖”“独角兽”创新企业。

虽然广东区域创新能力跃居全国第一位，但仍存在一些困难和挑战，如知识创造和知识获取能力仍然不足。随着广东省经济步入“新常态”，创新已经成为促进广东省经济高质量发展的必备条件。但是依目前情况来看，广东省在高端与核心技术方面对外的依赖程度还是很大，技术创新的效率与自主创新的能力依然比较低。……
