摘  要：常态化开展好主题党日工作，是提升党支部的组织力和党员先进性的重要载体和有效途径，部分学生党支部在开展主题党日工作中存在三方面的问题：思想维度“深刻性”有待提高、行动维度“主动性”有待提高、成效维度“显著性”有待提高。为有效克服这些问题，探索实施“两监督一测试一评比”的主题党日工作模式，“两监督”是在形式上、内容上着力，“一测试”是在针对性、实效性上着力，“一评比”是在互动性、积极性上着力，实践效果明显。为进一步发挥主题党日的育人实效，充分发挥互联网的作用，探索网络思维、搭建网络平台、构建网络体系，进一步推动党员日常教育的科学性、实效性、创新性发展。

Abstract： Normally carrying out the theme party day work is an important carrier and effective way to improve the organizational strength of the party branch and the advanced nature of party members. Some student party branches have three problems in the theme party day work： the ideological dimension "profound" needs to be improved， the "activeness" of the action dimension needs to be improved， and the "significance" of the effectiveness dimension needs to be improved. To effectively overcome these problems， explore and implement the "Two supervisions， one test and one appraisal" theme of the party day work model. "Two Supervision" is focused on form and content， and "One Test" is targeted and effective. The "one appraisal" is focused on interactivity and enthusiasm， and the practical effect is obvious. In order to further give play to the practical effects of the theme of party day， give full play to the role of the Internet， explore network thinking， build a network platform and build a network system， and further promote the scientific， practical and innovative development of party members' daily education.
