摘  要：在素质教育的大背景下，初中音乐教学也开始面临着前所未有的挑战。在时代发展中，初中音乐教学存在的问题也越来越明显，如果不及时调整，势必会直接影响着初中音乐教学的有效性。分析后发现，初中音乐教学中存在教学方法过于单一、教学中重流行音乐轻古典音乐以及课堂教学欠缺层次性等问题。基于此，本文结合这些问题从教学方法、教学素材和分层引导方面具体阐述教学对策。

Analysis of the Problems and Countermeasures in Junior Middle School Music Teaching

【Abstract 】Under the background of quality education，junior high school music teaching is facing unprecedented challenges.In order to adapt to the demand of times development，problems of junior high school music teaching are becoming more and more obvious.If the adjustment is not made in time，the effectiveness of music teaching in junior high schools will be directly affected.After analysis，it is found that there are some problems in junior high school music teaching，such as too single teaching methods，emphasizing popular music over classical music in teaching and lack of hierarchy in classroom teaching.Based on this，this paper expounds the teaching countermeasures from the aspects of teaching methods，teaching materials and hierarchical guidance.

素质教育的到来对初中音乐教学也提出了更高的要求。因此，在教学中，教师不仅仅要关注基础知识点的讲解，还有必要综合时代发展需求分析，践行素质教育理念，从而将学生培养成符合时代发展的复合型人才。但是，目前初中音乐教学中仍旧存在一些问题需要教师结合实际情况分析，并及时加以改进。作为初中音乐教师，有必要主动反思音乐教学中存在的问题，并提出应对策略，从而让学生在教师潜移默化的影响下提升音乐素养。

1.初中音乐教学中存在的问题

（1）教学方法过于单一

受到传统教学理念的影响，初中音乐教学中大多是教师主导的课堂模式。一般情况下教师借助多媒体设备播放音乐，然后讲解内容。在讲解完毕之后，老师再领着学生演唱歌曲。虽然这种单一的教学模式得到了广泛应用，但是教学效果却值得商榷。伴隨着自主学习、合作探究、情境教学等模式的出现，学生们在学习音乐的过程中已经很难被单一的教学模式所吸引，因此丰富音乐教学的方法已迫在眉睫。……
